Movement Therapy is using movement modalities like Pilates, Yoga or traditional strength and conditioning exercises within a framework of rehabilitation for complex cases and diverse health histories. We make movement enjoyable and accessible for you no matter your specific challenges and create foundations of function and strength. We then add more dynamic load to build your strength and improve your motor control so you can live without fear and do the things you love! |

We also work one on one with artists like actors, musicians, dancers and visual artists, to prevent injury, improve function, reconnect to themselves and deliver their best work. |
