* If you have imagining reports you can bring with you to your initial session, that can sometimes be helpful. We do not read images but we can consider imaging reports in our Movement Therapy plans.
** Generally you would NOT see us if you are less than 4 weeks discharged from an injury or surgery. We can have a free phone or email consultation to see if we can assist you. If you would like a lead on a great Rehabilitation Therapist who can help you through the acute stages we would be happy to give you some excellent options.
*** If you are a Public Figure, our completely private space will help you to feel safer and allow you to really focus. We are a clinical space and you will not be bothered for autographs or social media photos.

10 Movement Therapy/Coaching Sessions
Postnatal Movement Therapy or Coaching Session, $100 + tax
We are super Baby friendly and this is one of the perks of our completely private space.
The building has an elevator and all of the doors in the studio are wheelchair accessible so you can wheel the stroller directly into the studio!
The wall between the studio and the treatment room is extra insulated for noise reduction so if Baby likes to be vocal, that’s okay too.
How this works depends on Baby’s age, but usually if Mama can feed just before their session it helps immensely. Feel free to feed in the waiting room!
0-8 months usually involves some car seat or stroller time for the first half of the session and when baby gets fussy we can hold Baby and teach you at the same time.
We may ask for help w props or pass Baby back to you to set up the next move but that’s pretty much it and we treat it as business as usual.
If you ever need to take a break to feed or change a diaper that’s okay too.
8-10 months gets a little more challenging as baby gets more mobile so I recommend bringing some snacks Baby can keep themselves occupied with or toys they like.
We lay down spongy mats on the floor they can play on or they can scoot around the studio floor.
There’s nothing they can grab which is unsafe and all of the electrical outlets are covered by mats or apparatus.
We also have a speaker we can play some of their favourite hits on that make them feel at home.
Having Baby with you might reduce some of your focus because you’ll be hyper aware of them at first and their needs while doing your session but once there's familiarity and flow it usually works out just fine. If you don't fuss or feel anxious, Baby for the most part won't either as they will Co-Regulate with you to know if you're both safe and sound.
In rare cases, some Babies are just not down with not getting 100% focus from Mum and in this case we can do a session where we incorporate them being with you such as placing them on you when you’re laying on your back on the reformer etc.
We do offer a sliding scale rate for those that qualify, just ask!
